Hi Giampaolo

All Jifile plugins are enabled and smart search is disabled. I think it may be the upload issue within php.ini (it was set to 4Mb) as some of my pdf files are 21Mb in size.

I recollect that you mentioned that Zend needs to "upload" the file for it to work so I am currently carrying out a test with five of my largest files. I will update you once the cron job is complete.

Hi Giampaolo

The cron job is complete.

In the log file it states ok next to each file although in the JiFile module I have the following:

Within "Filesystem" I have a green tick next to each file

Within "Index" it has (file not found) next to each indexed file


When I search for any file on the front page of the website I do not find any file.

If, however, I index a file from within the jiFile module the file is indexed, it has a class of jifile allocated to it and I can search for and find it on the website....

Hi,
you can see the different from index file with Cron and findex file with JiFile (see Dectail in "Index" view).
The problem is path, perhaps the CRON does not correctly save the path.
Can you post image screen of "index view"? (if you want you can write at info[at]isapp.it).

I have no time for testing diving "Cron", next week we check on the problem.

Hi
I have the same problem. When I changed the ../ to my root directory of site in Libraries/Ifile/Config/IFileConfig.xml then cron indexing worked, but not the Manual indexing.
<ifile>
<root-application>../</root-application>
<duplicate>0</duplicate>
<doctotxt type="PHP" encoding=""/>

Please let me know if there is another option?

It starts the indexing , but just "hangs", never completes the indexing of any of the documents.
