Hello. Thank you for developing JiFile.
I have an issue with some searches returning with no results. The PDF files have been indexed and I can search for words and get results. I search for other words I can see are in the pdf files but they return no results.

Jifile says its indexed the pdf successfully but it won't search beyond the first page it seems on at least one PDF file. How do I check/ ensure the whole of the PDF file have been indexed successfully and fix it if they are not?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

You can attach(or via email) a pdf that you tried to index and it does not work?

It looks like I can only search for the first couple of pages of the PDF file. I'll look at others as well.

try changing the type of encoding in the configuration:
with "Encoding" -> "ISO8859-1" work

Hi Antonio,

Thank you for the quick reply.

I changed the encoding method as suggested but my search still gave no results.
I also tried 32 bit and 64 bit withour success.

Do I need to delete the indexing for that PDF file and re-index it after changing the encoding method?
