It's marked as solved, because it is just that - solved. Manually changing the root-application in the configuration solved my problem. Obviously your issue is not the same as mine as you stated, and you should have began your own thread.

Many thanks for your clarification - now I understand ![]() Could you please explain me what exactly you did? Did you copy the information from the configuration module in the backend and copied it to the file, replacing the three dots between "root-application"? Perhaps I just did something wrong... Send your configuration that you can download from the control panel of JiFile. Otherwise, send us an FTP user to access directly to the source and a joomla user (administrator) to info[at]isapp.it |

I'm sorry, I am not exactly sure. I provided access to support, and they were able to go in and resolve the issue. Stellar support for a free plugin, amazing. Working on getting a donation in, well worth it.

Yes, their support really is incredible. And the app of course is great, too. Just indexed a pdf file of 31 MB and it worked like magic. Will donate them, too. |
